Make a change!

I am feeling a little better today.  I know I can do this, I know I can lose weight and keep it off.  I have lost weight before and to feel like I felt when I lost that weight is greatly missed.  My weight and my feelings are starting to ruin everything around me, I am letting it get to me too much.  I am commiting to changing TODAY!  I need my self-esteem back!

Lost…

I know that nobody really knows me on this site, so that is why I chose to vent here.  I am totally discusted with myself, I have absolutly no motivation to make any changes for more than a day or two.  I am at the heaviest I have ever been at and I just feel like I can’t do it, I can’t feel good enough to keep moving forward.  Every single morning I feel like crap and I never used to feel like this, I ache all the time and feel weak.  At this point I need some motivation and I don’t have any close friends, nobody that would be able to help me.  What do I do?!  How do I fix this?!

It’s never too late!

Most people in our sad little existence settle…and I’m disgusted by it everyday.  Settle in Love.  Settle in their Job.  Settle for fear of happiness.  Settle for fear of rejection.  Settle in their situation.  I ask you…why do you settle?  Do you think time is on your side?

Tomorrow, I want you not to settle in one portion of your life.  Pick something that you know your settling in and stop.  If your settling in your relationship, then stop it.  You’ll find your soul mate.  If you’re settling in your job, let it go.  Find what you were supposed to do on this Earth and do it and have fun.  If you’re settling in happiness, find the things your happy about and surround yourself with them and never let go.   If you’re settling in rejection, know that you’re rejection gets you one stop closer to your happiness.  If you’re settling in your situation, don’t think the sands of time stop for you.  Make a change in your life and make your move.  Life is an excellent player of the game, make your move, it will counter - know that you can’t settle.Today, make that decision to stop settling.  I’ve made that decision.  We all have to come to terms with our decisions.  Make sure your decisions do not have the retched smell of settle.

“You never know what’s out there waiting for you!”
